A state of the art therapy that works with the mind and body using light and color.  

ETT is extremely effective for quickly resolving anxiety, depression, complex trauma and also the highly significant stress components of pain and illness.  It can be a miraculous therapy for healing, change and growth.  Hence the title of the book: Slow Down, I'm getting well too fast!

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches and utilizes communication between the right and left hemispheres as well as other areas of the brain.

Scientific research has established EMDR as effective for post traumatic stress.  However, EMDR treatment is effective for many other emotional and psychological conditions.

Overactivity in the brain is the result of stress and manifests as stress disorder symptoms.  Both EMDR and ETT assist the brain in healing and releasing overactivity.
